It ensures transparent ticket monitoring in real time throughout the entire service process.

Our central training center is equipped with test devices from all manufacturers relevant to our service activities. In this way, our Service Technicians are introduced to the latest hardware and receive extensive initial and ongoing training with the help of specialized trainers.

Our internal Repair Center handles the repair and general overhaul of defective modules and devices in order to extend the life cycle of existing systems. In addition, we reduce unnecessary downtimes and long delivery times, as we enable nationwide overnight delivery of even highly specialized spare parts when repairs are required.
